What's healthier, lotion sunless tanning or spending time outdoors, but not necesarrily route?
I spend a lot of time outdoors, but I do not expect much, but I've always nice tan. Someone told me I should stay inside more, and use a lotion sunless tanning because it is much healthier. Is this true?
I'm pretty sure it's nice to be outside as long as you have sunscreen on.
