It'sa lot of people, and I know that the reason for this high failure rate is not caused by lazy people – believe me, most people go there, ready to do anything to succeed. So what do they do? They take all the advice they get from their sponsor and the company and they start making a list of everyone they know, they distribute business cards, they bought a replicated website and they bring people to meetings hotel. Now that is the biggest mistake anyone can make when joining Mary Kay Cosmetics – or any other company's marketing network. Too many people go into this industry thinking it will be easy, and it is not! And using techniques that have proven difficult THOUSANDS of times every single day does not make sense.

But what should you do? What do these 5%? Why do they succeed? To give you the simple explanation – they do three things that separate the 95% that fails.

1. They forget all about what the company or upstream of them have never said, and they recognize that doing something that has been given wrong for SO long is a waste of their time.

2. They seek information elsewhere. They find the right information and learn how to become specialists of consumer marketing and how to develop their business.

3. They grow their business! They take the time to treat their business like a business and they know it takes effort to become financially independent – and they know it will never be easy to succeed.

If you mix above with a real need and desire you have success! So if you want to succeed with Mary Kay Cosmetics, or any other company network marketing, you must ask yourself if you're willing to follow these three steps. If you still think it will be easy to succeed and you can do using the methods of the company is teaching you, you end up wasting your time. But if you are willing to do things – do it!
