I am applying for a new Estee Lauder make-cons how do I impress their representatives.?
A department store of my city is rebuilt an Estee Lauder and Clinique counter. I have an Interveiw with managers and stores that do not care. but I am a little intimidated by Meating with make-up Represenatives Companys. What should I expect from Interveiw and what should I do to impress them. if anyone out there has any experience with 2 Companys could you give me some advice.
I could sell Estée Lauder makeup, because I wear it and love it. On the other hand, I could not sell the Clinique makeup because I think it's crap. I suggest you go to another store and check the lines for makeup yourself (no purchase necessary) so you can get an idea of what is fantastic in the products. They are seeking someone who can be enthusiastic about the composition, because when you love something it shows, and he makes people want to buy it too. At Macy's, they do you wear makeup you sell when you come to work, so you'll be familiar with it anyway once you get hired. As long as you are friendly and willing to learn, you'll be fine. Here's what I like about Estee Lauder: The products are long duration, color selection is great, the packaging never breaks or cracks, and perfumes smell good and are the type who loves everyone. Their lipsticks are great, and Projectionist mascara is perfect. Their Pure Color Eye Shadow are the only ones to wear them because I had all day, and the colors are rich and creamy, even if it is a powder. (I will not mention Clinic since I do not like the line, except to say they are ashamed of powder very finely ground and continue like silk on your skin. I their blush.)
