What is the best anti aging cream you used?

I want to buy my mother a very good anti aging / wrinkles. It comes buy a very expensive cream, and it is his doing nothing at all for the help. Who fight against aging / wrinkles have you used that did you really see results?

It's so nice you want to buy your Mom a good wrinkle cream anti-aging/anti. I think buy cream or a surface treatment is so much better than getting surgery or the use of Botox. When I select my anti-aging, I tendency to seek a number of things: the outcome 1) Is there evidence? 2) Can I get a trial or sample (so I know that this work before I spend a lot of money) 3) the results are as good as Botox or even better? (I want to get really good results without the pain or hassle) 4) to decide what you want to focus on treatment (age spots, wrinkles, sagging, or all of the above) 5) decide how often you want to apply the treatment and how long it should take (I do not sit for hours, I want something I can use quickly and get with the rest of my day)
